About Me
I'm am a proud military veteran serving 20 years in the United States Army as an Infantryman and Medical Evacuation Pilot and completed 3 combat tours in Iraq. After retiring in 2009, I begin my career as a JROTC Instructor where I have been mentoring future young scholars. I have a Masters Degree from Keller Graduate School of Management in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Professional Aeronautics.
I believe that the success of each student is the top priority and always comes first - and that means exceptional leadership and commitment from the educators at all levels will provide each student the essential tools to succeed.
JROTC 3/4
Moving from Good to Great!
This course level is centered around the Supervising and Managing Leader which builds upon the mastery of LET 1 and 2 skills and abilities, providing Cadets with new and more challenging opportunities as a leader by overseeing planning, project implementation, and team personnel. Cadets at the LET 3 level can acquire battalion staff positions and responsibilities and help integrate improvements in the local JROTC program and community. The LET 4 Cadet is ready to assume responsibilities and manage him or herself and others whom they work with or oversee as a Cadet manager.
